What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is based on weight; the cost will be confirmed during checkout.
In general, UK delivery can take between 2 - 7 working days

How do I make a return?
We understand that our products may not always meet your expectations 100%.
Once you have received all items in your order, you can submit a return request through the Returns Link. After submitting your request, you will receive return instructions via the Return Details page and an email.
You can either save the QR code or print the return label to send your package via Evri. Please ensure that the items are returned within 14 days of submitting your request.
A return fee of £3 is charged to cover the postage cost.
How long does it take to process a return and a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a standard inspection. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original method of payment

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 4 to 7 days. In rare cases, it may take longer. You can track the status of your delivery through your account.
What happens if my delivery is late/lost?

Lost Parcels
In the event that a parcel is reported as lost, it is essential to follow a structured process to ensure a thorough investigation. We require a period of 14 days from the date the parcel is reported as lost to conduct a full and fair investigation with our courier service. This timeframe allows us to gather necessary information, track the parcel's journey, and communicate effectively with the courier to ascertain the status of the shipment. During this period, we encourage customers to remain in contact with us for updates and to provide any additional information that may assist in the investigation. Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Can I exchange an item?
If your item doesn't fit or you ordered the wrong colour or style, you can exchange it within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and in original packaging.
To make an exchange request, visit: Return Link. There, you can select the item you wish to return and choose the product you'd like to receive in exchange.
To process an exchange, the original item must first be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item/s back, we will send out the requested exchange item.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing. We recommend initiating your exchange as soon as possible to help ensure the item you want is in stock.
The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
We aim to keep our stock levels aligned with demand. However, occasionally, a product may be out of stock. If that happens, you can click the Notify Me When Available button. Should the product become available again, you'll receive an email notification to place your order.
