Domestic Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Postage: Free Returns We provide a free prepaid return label for all eligible UK returns made within the 14-day period.

- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as lingerie products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges after receiving your returned item. To request an exchange, use the Returns Link above within 14 days of delivery and select the item you would like in exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send the requested replacement, subject to availability.
Refunds
Please allow up to 7-days for the Return and Refund to be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
