How do I make a return?

Once you have received all items in your order, you can submit a return request through the Returns Link. After submitting your request, you will receive return instructions via the Return Details page and an email.
You can either save the QR code or print the return label to send your package via Evri. Please ensure that the items are returned within 14-days.

Can I exchange an item?
If your item doesn't fit or you ordered the wrong colour or style, you can exchange it within 14-days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and in original packaging.
To make an exchange request, visit: Return Link. There, you can select the item you wish to return and choose the product you'd like to receive in exchange.
To process an exchange, the original item must first be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item/s back, we will send out the requested exchange item.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing. We recommend initiating your exchange as soon as possible to help ensure the item you want is in stock.
The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
